What is the ISDE subsidy?

The meldcode will be stated on the invoice by VIP Dakservice. This code is mandatory for the application. For insulation measures such as roof insulation, you must provide at least one photo per type of insulation. You will automatically receive these photos from us after the project has been completed.
Through the RVO online portal, you upload all documents and submit the application.
The subsidy application must be submitted within 24 months after the completion of the project.
ISDE subsidy conditions for roof insulation 2026
Do you want to receive a subsidy for roof insulation? Then you must meet a number of conditions.
Roof insulation conditions:
- You choose to insulate an existing roof
- You can receive subsidy for a maximum of 200 m²
- The insulation material must have a minimum Rd value of 3.5 m² K/W
Conditions for attic or loft floor insulation:
- The attic or loft must be unheated
- There may not be any active heating systems present
- You can receive subsidy for a maximum of 130 m²
- The insulation material must have a minimum Rd value of 3.5 m² K/W
Please note when combining insulation measures
If you install roof insulation and attic or loft floor insulation above each other in the same space, you will only receive subsidy for one of these measures. If you insulate different spaces that are not located above each other, you may receive subsidy for both measures.
The total surface area of both insulation measures combined must be at least 20 m². In addition, both measures must be included in the same subsidy application.
